License

The following terms govern the use of my photographs.

I reserve the right to revoke permission for the use of my photos on a case-by-case basis.
No photos may be used to train generative AI for image generation.
No photos may be used for NFTs or traded as cryptocurrency.
Use of my photos for commercial purposes (directly making money) is prohibited unless my explicit written permission is given.
Suiters, makers, and individuals may use and/or edit my photos of their suit(s) for personal or promotional (but still non-commercial) purposes as long as I am credited.
Businesses, organizations, and other such large entities (with the exception of suit makers as stated in Rule 5) may use my photos ONLY with my explicit written permission. Credit is required unless a different written agreement has been made.

All permitted uses under this license remain subject to the restrictions in Rules 1–3. Where terms of the license may conflict, rules listed in a lower number take precedence over higher-numbered rules.
